Organiser (Lauren) collected us to go to party room then disappeared leaving all of our party stranded not knowing where to go she eventually came back and walked us through the cafe area to our room. Many people entered without being checked/signed in.
No real organisation when collected from holding room. We were greeted to a lovely young girl on arrival but unfortunately this is as good as our experience got. The booking process was fine and the curtesy call leading up to the visit was also good and informative. We booked the gold package for her to treat her and some of her friends to an afternoon of fun. I have a number things to highlight after my recent visit Saturday 25th for my daughter 8th birthday.
